Violinist Simon Jordan at age 13!

Simon has been playing the violin since the tender age of 5. By 13 he gave his first recital and then played Vivaldi’s Four Seasons as a soloist at the South Bank Centre. He went on to study at the Royal Academy of Music, winning the Academy’s Violin Prize. He followed this with a career at the BBC, where he spent many years at Radio 3 and Radio 4 as a producer. Since leaving the BBC and going freelance he has developed a burgeoning teaching career and performs all over the world as a versatile violin soloist.
